Refund and Cancellation Policy

What is refundable, what is not, and how to cancel a subscription.

Introductory entry fee: ₹1,999

The ₹1,999 introductory entry fee is non-refundable once payment is completed and access is granted, except where required by law. This fee covers the first month of membership and secures a place in the introductory cohort. It is not a trial fee.

Monthly subscriptions: ₹1,999 per month

Monthly plans renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled.
You may cancel anytime before your next renewal date to stop future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month, and you retain access until then.
Payments already made for the current billing cycle are non-refundable, including for partial months, except where required by law.

Annual plans

Annual plans are billed once per year, in advance: ₹18,000 when purchased directly, or ₹15,992 when an existing monthly member upgrades. Paid monthly, the same twelve months would cost ₹23,988.
For annual purchases and annual upgrades paid on or after 12 October 2026, if the course is not for you, email team@harshkanwar.com within 7 days of that annual payment from the email address on your membership and include your payment reference. We will refund 100% of the amount paid for that annual purchase or upgrade. You do not need to meet a course-activity condition.
If you upgraded from monthly, the earlier monthly payment remains subject to the monthly refund terms above; the 7-day annual refund covers the upgrade payment.
Annual purchases made from 29 September to 11 October 2026 are non-refundable after payment and access, except where required by law.
Annual plans bought before 29 September 2026 keep the 7-day refund window they were sold with. To use it, email team@harshkanwar.com within 7 days of the payment from the email address on your membership, quoting your payment reference.
After the applicable refund window, cancelling an annual plan leaves access in place for the remainder of the paid year. No partial-year refund is issued, except where required by law.

What is not covered by a refund

Evidence First does not guarantee client results, income, business growth, or an assessment pass. This does not limit the 7-day annual refund described above: eligible members can request it simply because the course is not for them.

Certificate support guarantee

Evidence First does not guarantee client results, income, or exam outcomes. No honest programme can. What it guarantees is competence support: a member who does the case-review work and sits the assessment but does not yet meet the certificate bar receives one additional case review and re-sit at no extra cost, plus a specific, documented plan for what to strengthen.

This competence-support guarantee is fulfilled as a service, an additional case review and re-sit, not as a cash refund.

Billing errors and duplicate charges

If you believe you were charged in error or charged twice, email team@harshkanwar.com within 30 days of the charge with your payment reference. Verified billing errors will be corrected or refunded.

How to cancel

Email team@harshkanwar.com with your registered email address and Cancel Subscription in the subject line, or use the cancellation option in account settings if available. We aim to confirm cancellations within 48 hours.
